The VMC community, a community of practice dedicated to research and teaching to further the advancement of mathematics education and related fields, is open for participation.
The primary purpose of the community is to use the VMC video collection and its analysis tool, the RUAnalytic, to advance your research and practice. As a member of the community, you will receive private work space to create analytics that you can keep for private use, share with others and incorporate into your teaching, research and publishing. Over time, we hope to develop a fully functioning virtual community where you can meet, innovate and develop your research and practice with others in many additional ways. We will look to the members to guide us in that development.
Please get started with us by completing the form below. When the completed form is received, we will be in touch with you as soon as we review the information.
If you are a university instructor who plans to use the collection and analytic for a course, and you wish to block register the students in your course, please complete the VMC Community Course application form.
Welcome!
Participation in the VMC Community requires that you have reviewed the VMC Community Code of Conduct, that you fully understand it, and you agree to abide by all of its requirements, including those incorporated by reference from the Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct Including 2010 & 2016 Amendments of the American Psychological Association
